Refund Policy
Last updated 6 August 2026
Fourteen days, no questions asked. If Hutch isn't for you, tell us and you get your money back.
How to ask
- Email kuraydev.io@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or use the "Support" link on your Paddle receipt.
- Include your order number — it's on the receipt Paddle emailed you.
- You don't have to give a reason. If you want to tell us what went wrong, we'd genuinely like to know, but it isn't a condition.
What happens next
Refunds are processed by Paddle, who handle payment for all our orders as Merchant of Record. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Paddle typically completes this within a few business days, although how quickly it appears depends on your bank.
Your licence stops working once the refund is processed. Any Macs you activated will fall back to the free tier — Toggles and Window Manager keep working, as they do for everyone.
Try it before you buy it
Hutch has a 14-day trial with every feature unlocked and no payment details required. We'd much rather you used that and decided than bought something you didn't want. The trial exists precisely so a refund is rarely necessary.
After 14 days
We'll still listen. If Hutch stopped working, did something it shouldn't have, or you were charged twice, write to us — those get sorted out regardless of the date. The 14 days is the no-questions window, not the limit of our interest.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces the rights you have by law. If you're in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days, and this policy is at least as generous as that.
Chargebacks
Please email us before asking your bank to reverse a charge. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund and takes far longer for you. We have never refused a refund request, so there's nothing to be gained by skipping the email.
