Why can't you just show it here?

Because anyone could type your address and walk off with your licence. Sending it to the inbox that bought it means the key only ever reaches you.

It hasn't arrived

Check spam first. Requests are limited to one email every ten minutes, so a second attempt straight away won't send another. If it still hasn't turned up, email us and we'll sort it out by hand.

I need it on another Mac

Your licence covers more than one Mac. If you've run out of seats, open Settings → Licence on a Mac you no longer use and release it — the seat comes straight back.
